It's a sweet question and could be a delightful story, but it never really goes anywhere at all. I really wanted to like it, but it never goes past the question itself except to tell you that cats were in the areas in which Jesus lived. I'm sorry to say I would not recommend this book.Product details

Did Jesus Have a Cat? What a delightful book and just the kind of challenging question a child would ask his mother. It's always hard when you lose a pet and to believe they have gone to heaven helps with the greiving process. I would recommend this book for cat lovers of any age.
Not bad if i say so myself. I've met the author and he's a good guy. What I like about this book is that it is a combination of religion and fiction/non-fiction. There are only a few novels or books like this man wrote.
A very interesting and inspiring story. I read it to both my girls ages 7 and 5 and they loved it. We are cat lovers ourselves and we do believe that Jesus had a cat. A must read for sure.
A charming story. I wish it was longer than 10 pages since the author, Phil Feiner, has so much knowledge when it comes to the animal world. Phil works at a local pet department and enjoys educating consumers about the "do's and don'ts" of pet ownership. He loves felines and has a spiritual quality as well. A very entertaining read for children, which leaves room for discussion when finished "Did Jesus have a cat?" Read it and see what you think.
Want to remember what it was like to be a child? Then read this little gem. All the innocence of years gone by are captured in the dialogue between a little boy and his mother. A story about a boy's simple question...
A simple story that is equal parts educational, entertaining, and enlightening. For anyone who had a pet as a child, this story will definitely touch you as it will reconnect you with the spiritual curiosities regarding your love of animals and yourself you may have had as a youth. However, being a young animal lover is not necessarily a prerequisite to enjoying this tale as it is charming enough on its own accord.
